The Beita community app has undergone a thorough upgrade. Version 2.0 brings a completely redesigned interface, new features requested by community members, and faster performance. The app is still in active development ahead of its official launch on the App Store and Google Play — join the waitlist to get notified when it's out.

Upgraded interface

The new design is cleaner, faster, and easier to use. We improved the app's navigation so everything is reachable within two taps at most. The new home screen shows a personalized summary — recent messages, the next lesson, upcoming events, and today's prayer times. The design supports Dark Mode for comfortable use in the evening.

Recorded lessons

The synagogue can now upload recorded Torah lessons directly to the app. Community members can listen anytime, anywhere — on the way to work, during a lunch break, or before bed. Lessons are organized by topic, rabbi, and date, with advanced search. You can also download lessons for offline listening, so you won't miss out even without an internet connection.

New events calendar

The events calendar has been redesigned with month, week, and day views. Every event includes full details — location, time, description, and one-tap RSVP. We also added automatic reminders — the app sends a notification before an event, based on your settings. Synagogue admins can create new events directly from the dashboard, and they appear instantly in every community member's app.

Performance improvements

The app now loads twice as fast as the previous version. We reduced the app size by 35%, improved battery usage, and fixed dozens of bugs reported by users. Scrolling is smoother, screen transitions are faster, and push notifications arrive more reliably across all devices.
