Beita takes no commission on donations. You pay the monthly subscription, and each donation carries the payment processor's standard fee.

What gabbaim and treasurers ask before they start

What happens after the 30-day trial?

We'll get in touch after 30 days. If you want to continue, you choose a plan and pay. If not, the account moves to a limited mode with no charge, and no data is deleted.

Can we cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you like, with no penalty.

Do we need a credit card to sign up?

No. In most cases the 30-day trial starts as soon as you register (sometimes we need a short check of your details, up to one business day). You add a payment method only if you decide to continue.

How long does it take to get started?

Signing up takes about 15 minutes, and your first screen can be live the same day. You need an Android TV, or a Google TV / Android TV streamer (about ₪150–250) that plugs into any TV. Does Beita support different nusachim?

Yes. The built-in siddur is available in Nusach Ashkenaz, Nusach Sefard and Edot HaMizrach. Halachic prayer times are calculated for the synagogue's location, and you can set local customs in the dashboard.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. Prices on this page are before VAT, which is added at payment as required by Israeli law. A nonprofit with a VAT exemption? Write to us before you sign up.

Is our data protected?

All data is stored on Google Cloud, and the connection is encrypted (SSL). We don't share information with third parties. The data belongs to you, and you can always export or delete it.

What's the difference between Premium and Organization?

Premium fits one synagogue: up to 3 screens, unlimited members and admins, 500 SMS and 100 receipts a month. Organization fits a large synagogue or several synagogues under one organization: multiple synagogues, unlimited screens, 1,000 SMS and 300 receipts a month.
