About Beita
A smart management platform for synagogues in Israel, built since 2026.
One platform. Less overhead. More time for community.
Beita was built to bring together every tool a gabbai, rabbi, or synagogue administrator needs — a display screen, a community app, donations, events, membership, and messaging — into one system, in Hebrew and English. Our goal is simple: save you time, and support your community's traditions.
Four pillars
One platform
Instead of five or six different tools, everything connects in one system — easier to learn, easier to maintain.
Hebrew at the core
A full Hebrew-RTL interface alongside English, human support from a Hebrew-speaking team, and documentation written in plain language — never an afterthought.
Secure
Google Cloud infrastructure, automatic backups, and role-based permissions — your data is protected.
Authentic to your nusach
Support for Ashkenazi, Sephardi, and Yemenite traditions, a full Hebrew calendar, and precise terminology — not a translation.
The story of Beita
Beita was born out of the need to simplify synagogue management in Israel. We saw gabbaim losing hours to manual tasks, software that didn't understand Hebrew or halacha, and communities struggling to stay connected. So we decided to build one solution that handles all of it.
Nice to meet you
Beita is built up close — by listening to gabbaim, rabbis, and treasurers about what actually costs them time. Every message to Beita reaches the people building the product, not a call center.
Beita is built by a Shabbat-observant team — because what works in a synagogue has to keep working on its own. We know Shabbat, the chagim, and the customs from the inside, which is why we built a system that keeps running automatically, even when no one is touching it.
What guides us
Transparency, no surprises
Clear pricing with no hidden costs, and a 0% Beita fee on donations — every shekel donated reaches the synagogue.
Community first
We build to strengthen community — less overhead for the gabbai, more time for people. Every message reaches the team that builds the product, directly.
Shabbat-observant, from the inside
A Shabbat- and Chag-observant team, with human support in Hebrew and English Sunday–Thursday 9:00–18:00 — replies typically within 30 minutes. The system keeps running on its own through Shabbat, exactly as a synagogue needs.
