We connected a single digital screen that automatically pulls the halachic prayer times, along with announcements and memorials, from the same dashboard. Everything updates on its own — even on Shabbat.

Shabbat prep time has shortened significantly, and the screen no longer needs a human hand on Shabbat — exactly the goal we set for ourselves.

Collecting donations relied on manual transfers and paper ledgers, and issuing receipts was a task that kept getting pushed off. It was hard to know who was giving on a regular basis.

We turned on digital donations with recurring standing orders and automatic receipts — with zero Beita fee on donations, so every shekel reaches the synagogue.

Recurring donations turned into a process that runs itself, and receipts go out on their own — freeing up time to give back to the community.
